Every engagement has a defined boundary agreed in writing before it starts. What is in, what is out, and what you receive at the end.
Fixed fee
You know the number before we begin. It does not move because the work took longer than expected. That risk is ours, not yours.
No hourly billing
You are buying a decision or a working system, not a timesheet. We do not sell hours and we do not quote a rate.
Named deliverable
Each engagement ends with something specific: a written finding, an architecture, a running application, or a clear position.
